    他曾加盟过联想集团控股公司、万象集团等国内大型企业；他自1998年开始涉足中国互联网，先后创办了野草先锋、先锋博客网站，并加入博客中国/博客网（http://www.bokee.com/)，成为中国互联网业发展的重要参与者，成为博客和ＷＥＢ２.0等互联网理念在中国最早的一批信奉和推动者。
    他曾担任过记者、刊物/网站的策划及主编，2007年加盟香港向日葵影业/北京天寰新宇国际传媒，先后任推广经理、宣传总监，负责公司影视剧《梦幻天堂》、《走着瞧》，儿童合唱团《五彩传说》，签约音乐艺人的宣传和推广工作。
    他是诗歌民刊《野草》的创始人，主编过《八十后诗选》，系国际汉语诗歌协会理事。

成长经历：

   1980年12月06日，出生于江西上饶一个叫前樟的小山村；

   1987年9月，进入小学，因为不会写自己的名字，让邻桌的姐姐把名字写成了“邓玉牛”，引起老师和同学的捧腹大笑。小学在乡村度过，因教学条件艰苦，上课用的是石桌、石凳。小学因懵懂不知学习，1、2年纪分别留级两年；

   1995年9月，进入当地乡一所初中学习，后转入邻县一所中学学习；

   1997年8月，考入县一中，后转临县一所中学学习；
   1998年，开始涉足中国互联网，并在榕树下发表大量诗文；
   2001年9月，创办中国野草诗歌论坛，成为网络上首个年轻诗人的写作阵营；
   2002年3月，创办民间诗歌刊物《野草》，入选多位优秀网络诗人作品；
   2002年-2003年，多次组织诗歌活动，召开了野草诗会，中国南方年轻诗人会议；
   2003年-2004年，主编中国《80后诗选》，入选76位年轻八十后诗人作品；
   2004年1月，进入某报社，担任实习记者；
   2004年3月，与校友联合创办：凌天网络科技有限公司，担任市场负责人；
   2004年9月，前往浙江温州，进入一家当地门户网站：金卫热线（http://www.96005.com/）担任主管工作，负责网站的全面运营，服务器管理；
   2005年3月，前往北京，加盟博客中国（www.blogchina.com)/博客网（http://www.bokee.com/) 成为中国博客发展的第一批建设者和推动者，也是ＷＥＢ２.0互联网理念的最早信奉者和激情倡导者；
   2006年2月，短暂加盟了万象集团，后因觉察到集团的管理混乱而退出，在北京开始经营自己的一家人文博客网站：先锋博客(http://www.xfblog.com)；
   2007年1月，加盟联想集团控股企业；
   2007年8月，经过著名音乐/广告人杨海潮的介绍，从联想集团控股企业退出，加盟香港向日葵影业/北京天寰新宇国际传媒，先后任推广经理、宣传总监，负责公司影视剧《梦幻天堂》、《走着瞧》，儿童合唱团《五彩传说》，签约音乐艺人的宣传和推广工作。
